LEGISLATION TO START ONLINE REGISTRY FOR ANIMAL ABUSERS
The Dallas Morning News recently posted an article from the New York Times regarding a new a bill introduced in California which effectively places animal abusers on the same level as sex offenders by listing them (their name, address and place of employment) in an online registry. This would mean great strides for the state of California and would hopefully lead to more states instigating similar litigation.
Here’s a link to the article:
To effect a change in your community, send a letter to your legislator demanding that your state require animal abusers to register in their community. Here’s a link with a sample letter and more information.

Please let us know what you think of this idea and if you would be interested in volunteering to help Animals 3 support this type of legislation. Thank you.
